Each installation of rope shunting devices is largely specific and often requires a unique solution. Over time, there has been a need to supplement the rope devices with special devices, that help meet the requirements of the operation and the ideas of the users.
For the operation of wagons on rotary tippers, there was a need to develop a dynamic manipulator that directly on the tipper drum catches, stops and later after emptying dynamically pushes the wagon out. It works in cooperation with the rope device.
To secure the wagon or set against further movement, we have developed an electromechanical car stop that eliminates the need for the shunter to be physically present in the track. It can be operated remotely or in automatic mode.
Another special device is the locking mechanism, which clamps the wheels of the standing wagon as required and thus also secures it against movement. It is applied where the shunter has to temporarily release the wagon to move to another location.
The KS-01 wheel sensor is used to transmit information - a signal about passing of the railway wheelset in the place of the installed sensor. The sensor is mounted on the inner part of the track at the foot of the rail between two sleepers.
